Hello
I had a great holiday at Philip Island at "Wheelies Rest"
http://www.users.bigpond.com/wheeliesrest/
The house suited my needs well and the beach was about 250meters down the road with an accessible ramp down to the beachhttp://www.aqavic.org.au/forum/icon_smile_cool.gif
There were lots of accessible things to do on the island.
There is a tree top walk where a large long platform weaves its way through the trees about 10 foot of the ground which is very safe. You can get right up and close to the koalas
Seal Rocks was good, great pictures views and lots of accessible board walks.
I really enjoyed the smith beach access ramp. I haven’t been on the beach before in my wheelchair but smith beach access ramp allows you to get close.
Have fun
