Hope this can be a little trick for some quads.

Using an electric wheelchair and not having any balance at all means that I need to wear a chest strap to keep me sittin-up in the chair rather than falling foward onto my lap looking at my shoes at the first bump or curb crossing !

I just simply rap the velcro seat-belt strap firmly around my chest and the back of my wheelchair seat so it hold me in the chair.

But the strap was a problem it looked ugly across my chest and made my quad belly look bigger because of the firm strap around me.

Solution :

I get my carers to make a little slice in my jumpers/tops just under each of my arm-pits. Then you feed the chest strap through one side of your top (slice), then feed the strap across your chest and out the other side (slice) and then around the back of the wheelchair seat and stick the velcro together.

This hides the strap across your chest because its under your top !
