Submit SCI Tips and Tricks

Equipment, applications, solutions, tips, contacts etc. are important for SCI people to share. The following are some examples members have found to be useful:

• Spray bottle to keep me cool on hot days
• Voice recognition software on my computer to write letters.
• Environmental control unit for answering the phone, mobile phones, stereo, TV, lights etc.
• Velcro strap to stop my wheelchair from moving whilst transferring.
• Automatic entry door.
• Mobility allowance
• Type of dressing that you use for skin problem.
• Health professionals (Physio, Masseur, Chiropractor, Osteopath etc.)

We would love to hear from you if you have got a special way of doing a task, special tool or a set up that helps you do things easier. Some little trick that would suit SCI person’s in their environment. Nothing is too small or silly because if it helps you, it will definitely help others.
